Uptown Aces Casino

Licensing is the first point to check with Uptown Aces. Third-party records link the casino to Curaçao licence 1668/JAZ, but the site itself shows no licence details or regulator badge, so we had to verify it outside the casino’s own pages.

Curaçao requires identity checks, safer gambling measures, security controls and complaint procedures, with fines or licence loss possible for serious breaches. Canadian provincial regulation is more local, though. In Ontario, for example, licensed casinos follow provincial rules on game fairness and customer protection, and unresolved complaints can go to iGaming Ontario or the AGCO.

Uptown Aces supplements that with a public Responsible Gaming section that you can open without an account. It explains deposit and time limits, self-exclusion, age rules and outside support. The problem is that you cannot self-exclude or close your account from the profile, so you have to contact support instead. Payments use SSL encryption, and withdrawals require ID checks, but we found no 2FA login option.

Safety Tool Checklist

On balance, the protection setup is adequate but leans on you more than we would like. The core safeguards are present, yet the most important steps are not one-click, and the site could be clearer about both its licence and its account controls.

Uptown Aces has a fairly small cashier. Visa, Mastercard and Interac handle the usual Canadian options, while several cryptocurrencies add another route.

I used Interac for my test deposit. The money reached my balance almost immediately, with no fee from Uptown Aces and no request for documents before the payment went through.

Available Deposit Options

The promotion page is short, but it is not one-note. Uptown Aces spreads its value across a large first deposit bonus match, smaller reloads, free spins and VIP perks, so the emphasis shifts from one big sign-up deal to repeat rewards after your first deposit. The joining offer remains the headline deal at 250% up to $2,500 with bonus code UNPACK and a 30x wagering. No deposit bonus isn’t available at the moment.

Main promo types include:

• 250% welcome bonus up to $2,500
• Reload bonuses
• Free spins deals
• Cashback
• VIP bonus boosts
• Comp Points rewards

Uptown Aces also rewards existing customers through a VIP program, where members can receive higher cashback, weekly bonuses and a better Comp Point rate. You earn one Comp Point for every $10 wagered, then trade them later for cash or Uptown Aces bonus rewards.

I entered the UNPACK promo code before making my first deposit, and the bonus showed up almost straight away once the payment cleared. I checked the balance again a few minutes later just to make sure everything had gone through, but there was nothing else I needed to do. Overall, Uptown Aces bonuses present a decent value, but I wouldn’t pick this site just for them.

If slots make up most of what you play, you might find Uptown Aces fun. We counted around 300 games from just three providers. The limited studio choice is more noticeable than the library’s size.

The small lobby is easy enough to browse, but search is almost the only tool you get. There are no provider filters, and game pages don’t show RTP, volatility or feature details before launch. You can, however, switch to demo play mode as you login and try games without touching your balance.

Slot Games

Reels fill nearly the whole library, with RTG behind most of it. You’ll find classic RTG titles, newer video slots and a good number of progressive jackpots, but very little from outside that ecosystem.

Best Slots

Jackpots are one of the stronger parts of the slot lobby, with enough titles to justify their own category. Megaways is the obvious gap, as we did not find a single game using that format. If you like jumping between different slot styles, larger Canadian casinos usually give you far more choice.

Withdrawals are among the weaker aspects of Uptown Aces Casino. At the cashier, we found only bank transfer and courier cheque, both with high minimums and sizable fees. Bank transfer starts at $100 and costs $50; courier cheque starts at $150 with a $60 fee; Bitcoin also starts at $100 but has no casino charge.

The limits vary too. Bank transfer and Bitcoin allow up to $2,500 per transaction and $2,500 per week, with a $10,000 monthly cap. Courier cheque fee increases to $3,000 per transfer, per week, up to $12,000 per month.

Your account must be verified before the first payout. Uptown Aces asks for ID, a selfie and recent proof of address, with approval taking 3 to 5 business days. Extra documents may also be requested.

I wasn’t impressed by the withdrawal setup. The 50–60 fees are steep, and minimum cashouts of 100–150 make smaller withdrawals much less practical. Those two points alone would make me think twice before choosing either traditional payout method.

If you need any help, Uptown Aces Casino says its support is available 24/7 via live chat and email. You can also request a scheduled phone call, although there is no direct number on the site. Live chat is open to guests, so you can ask something before signing up.

I opened the chat to ask whether Uptown Aces has a mobile app. I was connected without having to create an account or navigate a long bot menu, and the agent came back quickly with a clear answer. It was a simple question, but the exchange told me what I needed to know without any back-and-forth.
