Stay Casino

Stay Casino’s got a real license from Anjouan, with Licence No. ALSI-202509073-FI2, but it’s not the best-in-class. You can sign up fast and start to play as soon as you’re ready. Still, the trade-off is strict oversight.

Namely, Anjouan can’t force a payout, and it doesn’t run a payback fund. Your casino also isn’t required to hold your balance apart from its own cash. If the company runs dry, so does your account.

Company Information

On the bright side, the terms are fair, and the complaint record is clean. You also get all of the safety and responsible play tools that you need to have a good time. So play at Stay Casino for fun and always remember to have your own limits.

Responsible Play Tools and Links

The safety kit’s complete. Deposit and activity limits, self-exclusion, and direct links to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare, and Gambling Therapy are all on the website. Your details are also safe behind 128-bit SSL.

I cleared my ID and payment checks before I thought about withdrawals. The process was standard. A bit slow, but that’s what you get with most casinos. However, the limit changes are what bugged me. I couldn’t just do it myself. Instead, I had to go through support to request changes. For a safety tool that you want accessible, that’s one step too many.

Security Overview

Ultimately, the operator earns a place on our list of safe online casinos. The tools for safe play are available, and the limits do work, though support has to set them for you.

You can start with $20, no commission, so the full amount lands in your balance ready to play. The same $20 minimum applies whichever method you pick, and the choice is wide enough that you’ll probably see one you already use. During our Stay Casino review, we found cards, Interac, e-wallets, vouchers, and crypto through CoinsPaid.

I deposited the $20 minimum through Visa and it hit my balance in less than thirty seconds. The same happened when I tried again with Skrill. The steps are super easy, so you can top up without instructions. Just read the deposit terms.

Deposit Options Overview

Check whether your card issuer treats a casino deposit as a cash advance, because the site won’t charge you but your bank might. Think about how you want the money to come back too. Most casinos return funds the same way they arrived, so if you deposit by card and hope to withdraw to a wallet, sort that out before you pay.

The promo section is busy and varied, with plenty of deals still up for grabs once the sign up offer is behind you. Skim the terms before you claim one. The playthrough requirement, the maximum bet, and the expiry date are all set out there. And once you know those numbers, you can pick the offers that suit your play style.

I grabbed the welcome offer right after my deposit went through, then checked the playthrough requirements. Next time, I’d read the rules first. The headline number looks great, but the terms are where you’ll find out whether the deal’s really worth your bucks.

Based on our Stay Casino review, we found deals like:

• Six-Part Welcome Bonus Pack
• Five-Part VIP Bonus
• Weekend Reload Bonus
• No Deposit Bonus
• First Deposit Bonus
• Exclusive Birthday Bonus
• Bonus Code Deals

Fourteen levels are between you and the best of what this site offers. Each tier gives you a pack of free spins, cashback, weekly bonuses, no-wager and no-deposit offers, higher withdrawal limits, and even a personal VIP manager.

Progress is slow at Stay Casino, though. Points come from the money you stake, so the better rewards only arrive after a lot of play. The early levels give very little in return. Also, the site doesn’t set out what each tier contains until you reach it.

Regular play at decent stakes turns this into good value. But a few casual visits will leave you barely off the bottom rung.

Name a game you like, and it’s probably at Stay Casino. You get over 7000 games from 100 providers. Slots lead the way, but there’s a full live casino section, table classics, hundreds of jackpot games, and even keno from Spribe and Beterlive. Most big studios like Pragmatic Play and Betsoft show up. Just know that you won’t find Evolution and its most popular titles like Crazy Time. Also, sports betting isn’t an option.

I played different types of slots and live dealer games on my phone. The selection is decent. I just wish that they had a separate category for live dealers and options from Evolution. You’ll need to manually type in the game you want and hope it shows up.

Start with the categories below. We’ve named a few favourites under each.

Slots

Slots run to around a thousand titles, so the shelf dries up. Classic reels are next to Megaways, bonus buy titles, and hundreds of jackpot games. The popular picks include Jelly Express, Gold Nugget Rush, Cyber Egypt, and Blast the Bass. Return rates are around the mid-nineties.

Search by name if you know what you are after. Or just browse by provider. The second option’s faster if you like a studio’s style more than any one game.

Table Games

Stay loves the classics. Blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker, and Sic Bo are right there in the lobby. Still, you need to manually type in the type of table you want. There’s no separate tab for easier access.

Baccarat doesn’t need a strategy. Just back the banker. That hand wins a little more often than the player’s, and the commission on it is smaller than the edge you get.

Live Dealer Games

The live section’s packed. Oracle 360, Oasis Blackjack, and Korean Mega Sic Bo lead, backed by roulette, blackjack, baccarat variants, and poker, which are all options.

Stick to blackjack or roulette if you want steadier odds. Both pay out in small, frequent amounts.

Cashouts look great at first. Namely, every listed method is instant with 0% commission, and the minimum cashout is just $20. But Stay Casino is flawed.

First, the online casino gives you fewer ways to cash out. The method you used to deposit might not be the one you can use for withdrawals. And second, real-world speed is mixed. Some people say that payouts are fast, while others complain about delays.

I won a few hundred bucks on my third day, and that’s when I requested a cashout through my card. Thankfully, I did the KYC early on, so it went through without problems. But I did read reviews from other players who said that you could run into a delay if KYC hasn’t been processed. So clear it up before you request payment.

Withdrawal Options Overview

If you’re interested in fast withdrawal casinos, choose ones with e-wallet or crypto. In that sense, Stay’s a good option. But do your KYC early. Then, cash out a small amount first and keep your balance modest until the process proves itself.

You don’t get a dedicated phone line at Stay Casino, and chat’s English-only. But the email customer support is professional and helpful. It’s also relatively fast, compared to what other rivals offer. We got a response in less than 24 hours.

I pinged live chat about a bonus code question, but a bot replied. My question was very specific. But the answer I got didn’t help me out. So, I decided to send an email to customer support. They replied in record time with a detailed step-by-step answer that got my issue sorted out.

Support Channels Overview

Send a simple email to customer support and attach any screenshots you’ve got as proof. They’ll reply in around 24 to 48 hours. Otherwise, choose live chat for basic questions.
