5gringos Casino

Real money casinos should take gambling protection seriously and not treat this just as entertainment. 5Gringos backs this up with its Anjouan Gaming Authority licence ALSI-202606064-FI2, which you can find in the website footer. This isn’t a Canadian licence, though, but an offshore one, which comes with its limitations, the main one being the complaint route available to you if something goes wrong.

Your first step is always to contact 5Gringos Casino, and the operator has up to 30 days to respond. After that, you can move the complaint to an approved ADR route accessible through the Anjouan framework.

The safer gambling information is easy to find, with a dedicated section that explains gambling risks and links to gambling awareness organizations. The range of control tools is low, as you only get some info on self-exclusion, but nothing on deposit limits and cooling-off periods.

Control Tools

The account controls at 5Gringos fall behind what we usually see at casinos with more developed, safer gambling tools. Self-exclusion and account closure are available, but those can only be set by support, while deposit limits and cooling-off periods are missing altogether. This gives you fewer options to manage your play without taking a full step away.

The rest of your time at 5Gringos is spent in the lobby, so the layout and navigation have a big impact on how easy the casino is to use.

5Gringos lists 13 deposit methods for Canadian players. We tested it with a $20 Interac e-Transfer deposit and were redirected to our bank for payment approval. The funds appeared in our casino balance immediately, which matched the stated processing time. Cryptocurrency is the main omission, as 5Gringos sticks to conventional banking and eWallet methods.

The list of options is still lengthy, and you can compare them with ease by checking out the Payments page. You can see the same information at the Cashier as well. In fact, if the figures ever differ, we’d rely on the amounts shown there as they reflect the online casino payment methods currently available for your account.

Deposit Limits and Processing Times

Both casino players and sports bettors have promotions just for them at 5Gringos, with offers for new and returning users. There aren’t any no deposit bonus deals, so newcomers will need to spend money to get a starting boost.

After you login, you’ll find these kinds of deals:

1. Casino first deposit bonus
2. Sports sign up offer
3. Weekly cashback
4. Reload deals
5. Casino tournaments
6. Sports betting offer
7. Free Bet deal
8. VIP rewards and exclusive bonuses

5Gringos also has a themed 5-level program, mainly aimed at existing users, with each level adding more benefits over time. The early tiers focus on smaller extras such as exclusive promotions and 24/7 live chat, while higher levels introduce better account benefits, including a personal VIP manager, higher withdrawal limits, cashback, tailored deals, and access to special games.

I opted into the 5Gringos welcome bonus and activated the offer through the My Bonus section in my profile after depositing. No promo code was needed, though I had to wait to receive my free spins, as they are distributed in batches.

3,800+ games put 5Gringos among the larger casino libraries, with slots, table games, live casino, and instant games all sharing the same space. A library this large can quickly become difficult to navigate, but the search bar helps you narrow things down by game name, category, or supplier. There’s also a dedicated provider filter you can use to look up the titles from a particular studio.

5Gringos works with a wide range of providers, though some industry-leading game studios are absent. Pragmatic Play and Evolution don’t appear in the lobby, for one, so you don’t get to play popular releases such as Sweet Bonanza or Lightning Roulette here.

Games don’t have info pages, so to see the RTP, you need to open each game individually. Most titles can be played in a demo mode without placing any money, which gives you a way to try them out and check all details.

Slot Games

This is where most of the 5Gringos catalogue is concentrated, with thousands of releases spread across different providers. You’ll find standard video slots alongside Megaways, jackpot games, and other popular formats.

Live Games

You get a separate space for dealer-led games at 5Gringos, with blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, and game shows all in one place.

Table Games

The traditional casino side is more compact, with the usual card and roulette formats, though they don’t take up a large part of the lobby.

Instant Games

Shorter-format games give you another option outside the usual slot and table categories, with bingo, arcade titles, and crash games adding a different way to play.

It will take you a while to explore the entirety of the 5Gringos library. That said, even with a catalogue this big, some famous names are still missing, which might be discouraging if you don’t want to sacrifice your old favourites for a bigger, unfamiliar lineup.

The withdrawal side at 5Gringos is not as broad as the deposit menu, so the method you choose to fund your account may not always be the one you use to cash out. Interac e-Transfer, MuchBetter, bank transfer, Skrill, and MiFinity are present, while crypto withdrawals are not an option.

Withdrawal Options

The amount you can withdraw is scaled based on your VIP level. The entry tier has a daily withdrawal limit of $750 per day and a monthly cap of $10,500, with higher levels unlocking larger caps.

I tested an Interac withdrawal to see how the process worked in practice. The cash-out form wasn’t confusing, and I filled in the details in about a minute. Вставлений текст markdown. After submitting the request, the money reached my account in around 15 hours, which was quicker than the stated 3-business-day withdrawal time.

Your first withdrawal may involve a KYC check, and we strongly suggest you either verify your account right after you sign up or always have the required documents ready. If 5Gringos requests proof of identity or other details, the withdrawal will be held until the review is complete.

You can get in touch with 5Gringos through 24/7 live chat and email support. Before contacting anyone, you can check the FAQ for common issues. It’s not the most comprehensive Help Centre we’ve seen, but it does answer regular questions regarding withdrawals and account access. The KYC process is also broadly covered, so in some cases, you may resolve your inquiry without contacting anyone.

If your issue is more complex than that, then live chat is the quicker route, even for guests. Email is just as reliable, though it comes with longer wait times, which you don’t want for pressing problems.

Customer Care Options

I used a live chat to ask if 5Gringos has a mobile app or if I’d need to use the browser version on my phone. The agent joined within a few minutes and confirmed that there is no separate app, but I can install the mobile site as a shortcut. The interaction was pleasant overall, as the agent stayed polite throughout and answered my basic question in detail.
