24Casino

The paperwork is where our enthusiasm cooled a little. The online casino runs on a licence from Anjouan, which is quick and cheap for an operator to hold. So it doesn’t require the strict checks or the robust dispute support we’d normally expect.

Company Information

To their credit, the operator doesn’t hide any of these details. That’s a big green flag. The company behind the site, Novatrix SRL, lists its name, Costa Rica registration, and licence number in plain sight, which is more openness than many rivals bother with.

Next, we’ve looked at what toolset you get for safe play.

Tools for Responsible Play

The tools that let you stay in control are mostly there. You can shut yourself out if you need a break, and you can set loss and wager limits to stay within boundaries. However, you don’t get a self-assessment test to check whether your gambling habits are healthy or problematic.

I looked for the safety settings first, like I always do, and easily found self-exclusion and the deposit limit. But I couldn’t see a self-assessment test anywhere. That’s usually the first thing I check on a new site, because a few honest questions can tell you a lot about your own habits before you play. Without one, I had to rely on my own judgment about when to stop.

Security Overview

It’s certainly one of the safest, newest online casinos you can try.

You are spoilt for choice when it comes to top-up options at 24Casino. The list of methods is long, so you can stick with whatever you already trust. Just know that crypto isn’t an option, even if the casino lists it in the footer section.

I paid in $20 with Skrill, and the money showed up in my balance within seconds. That didn’t surprise me, since earlier reviews already said digital wallets are the quick option. If you use a bank or a card instead, be ready to wait up to a few hours.

Deposit Options Overview

Overall, if you’re a beginner, you’ll enjoy the detailed cashier section with all the info you need to deposit. You don’t have to blindly test the process and hope for the best.

There’s no shortage of ways to boost your balance, as 24Casino offers 10 promotions at the time of team testing for the 24Casino review. We were impressed by how much variety there is for the casino, less so for the sportsbook, as there’s currently only 1 promo.

I tried the welcome offer and paid $30 to claim the first deposit reward. The bonus showed up a few minutes later. Best of all, the deals are not just for new players. If you play often, you can get the high roller bonus and even rakeback.

During our 24Casino review, we found deals like:

• Welcome Bonus
• Sports Free Bet
• First Deposit Bonus
• Reload Bonuses
• Free Spins
• Drops & Wins

If you’re a goal-chaser, the VIP programme will pull you in. The rewards get nicer as you go up the ladder, which gives every session a sense of progress.

You’re signed up automatically. So, you don’t need to “opt in” separately before the perks start to count.

While we’ll give the casino points for making the VIP terms transparent, the programme could have been better. For starters, it runs to only four tiers, while some rivals offer eight or more. The wager amounts are also high. You need to bet €10,000 to reach Bronze and €250,000 to hit Diamond, which puts the top tier out of reach for most casual players.

It’s still worthwhile. Yet, a longer ladder, faster point conversion, and stronger cashback at the top tiers would make it a better reason to stick around.

If you’ve got a love for slots, the lobby will keep you entertained for hours. 24Casino leans hard into them, with a 1,600-title spread that runs from Megaways titles to Drops and Wins slots.

Beyond slots, you also get a live casino section that mostly features Pragmatic Play titles, like Mega Roulette. Unfortunately, we couldn’’t find even a single Evolution Live game, which is disappointing if you’ve come for them.

Regular tables aren’t available, sadly. The only way to play those games at 24Casino is at a live table with a real dealer, which might not be your cup of tea. If it is, that’s a win.

I spent most of my time on the slots. I loved that my favourite Pragmatic titles were all there, plus some new names I had not tried before, like The Dog House Megaways 1000 and Cosmic Clusters!.

Slots

The slot shelves run deep. You’re looking at thousands of titles from names like Pragmatic Play and Novomatic, so the quality’s high. Even so, we would have appreciated at least a few titles from NetEnt or even Playtech. For some reason, the platform doesn’t partner with any of those popular studios.

Match the game to your mood. If you’re a calmer player, look for slots that pay out smaller amounts often. These keep your balance steady and let you play longer.

Live Dealer Games

The live section focuses on blackjack, but it also has a smaller selection of roulette, baccarat, and just a single title of poker. However, you’ll only find those by Pragmatic and ICONIC21.

Join a table that shows its minimum and maximum bets so you can match it to your budget before the cards come out. A steady internet connection helps too, since live games run in real time and a drop-out mid-hand is the last thing you want.

Sports Betting

The sports side lets you bet on ice hockey, baseball, football, tennis, and just about any sport you follow, so there is always a new game on. A free bet offer sweetens the deal, so you can place a wager without putting your own cash on the line.

Most payouts will test your patience, or at least that’s what we think after writing this 24Casino review. The steps to cash out are simple, that’s true. Yet plenty of players have complained about longer-than-expected waiting times. Set your expectations accordingly.

Accounts that are already verified usually sail through, while unverified ones are where the long holds typically begin.

The cashout was the slowest part of the site for me. I asked for my money on a Monday and got it that Friday. Support asked me to resend my ID photos a couple of times, which added to the wait.

Withdrawal Options Overview

If you’re interested in the best payout casino sites and want faster withdrawals, go for Skrill or Neteller. E-wallets usually clear faster than bank transfers or card payments. Also, they rarely add a fee.

Support does the job, but barely. You can reach out to 24Casino via live chat at any time or by email. There’s also a basic help section that you might find useful.

Support let me down, and the live chat most of all. It felt robotic and rarely answered my questions. Email was the better choice when I wanted a real person to help.

Support Channels Overview

The biggest miss is the lack of a phone line. When you’re stuck with an urgent problem, the nonexistent phone customer service is a letdown. At least you’ve got email.
